Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 14-oz cans of sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cups Key Lime juice (e.g. "Nellie & Joe's")
- 1/2 to 1 tsp lime zest, very finely zested/grated
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
- 9" prepared graham cracker crust (or make your own...)
Directions
- Pre-bake prepared crust for 5 min on 350.
- Thoroughly combine remaining ingredients to uniform consistency.
- Fill pie crust and bake at 350 for approx. 27-30 minutes, until set.
- Serve chilled, with Cool Whip as the recommended topper...
