Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 14-oz cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cups Key Lime juice (e.g. "Nellie & Joe's")
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp lime zest, very finely zested/grated
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
  • 9" prepared graham cracker crust (or make your own...)

Directions

  1. Pre-bake prepared crust for 5 min on 350.
  2. Thoroughly combine remaining ingredients to uniform consistency.
  3. Fill pie crust and bake at 350 for approx. 27-30 minutes, until set.
  4. Serve chilled, with Cool Whip as the recommended topper...
