Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients

Cake

* 1/2 pound butter
* 2 cups granulated sugar
* 4 eggs
* 2 cups sour cream
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* 4 cups flour
* 3 teaspoons baking powder
* 2 teaspoons baking soda

Topping

* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 2 cups chocolate chips
* 2 teaspoons cinnamon
 

Directions

1. Cream together butter and sugar.  Then add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. 

2. Sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.  Add to butter and mix.  Place half of the batter in
     the pan and spread.  Then add half of topping.  Then add rest of batter and then rest of topping.

3. Using a greased 10 X 16 X 2 ½ inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
