The Weehawken (or the Ouihawken)

Ingredients

Tequila

Prosecco

Fresh Lime Juice

Agave Syrup or Simple Syrup

Grapefruit Juice

Slice of Fresh Grapefruit

Instructions

Pour 2 shots of tequila and 2 shots of grapefruit juice into a shaker full of ice

Squeeze half of a lime into the shaker

Pour as much simple syrup or agave syrup that you would like into the shaker

Shake for about 10-15 seconds

Pour the cocktail into a large round/circular glass

Top it with a generous amount of Prosecco and the slice of grapefruit
