The Weehawken (or the Ouihawken)

Ingredients

• Tequila
• Prosecco
• Fresh Lime Juice
• Agave Syrup or Simple Syrup
• Grapefruit Juice
• Slice of Fresh Grapefruit

Instructions

1. Pour 2 shots of tequila and 2 shots of grapefruit juice into a shaker full of ice
2. Squeeze half of a lime into the shaker
3. Pour as much simple syrup or agave syrup that you would like into the shaker
4. Shake for about 10-15 seconds
5. Pour the cocktail into a large round/circular glass
6. Top it with a generous amount of Prosecco and the slice of grapefruit
