New York Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust2 cups Graham crackers¼ cup margarine1 tbsp sugar Filling8 oz cream cheese¾ cup sugar3 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 tsp lemon juice1 pinch of salt Topping1 pint sour cream½ cup sugar1 tsp vanilla1 pinch of salt

Directions

Mix filling ingredients

Pour into crust

Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes

Pour topping over filling

Bake for an additional 10 minutes
